Taiheizakura Daiginjo uses Yume no Kaori, Fukushima's original sake rice, from Taiheizakura Shuzo in Iwaki, Fukushima. The brewery uses Fukushima-born ingredients exclusively, and the Yume no Kaori rice combined with the utsukushima yume yeast produces a distinctive regional daiginjo character.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
