It is a seasonal composition. The year of Sugihara Sake Brewery, which grows its own sake rice "Ibi's Honor", manufactures the sake "Shimi", and sticks to the sales destination. The fifth -generation Keiki Sugihara (Sugihara Yoshiki) has finished the Youth Overseas Cooperation Volunteer, joined Sugihara Sake Brewery, and has been pursuing what he can do.
