A junmai daiginjo from Iwate's Shiwa district, brewed with the locally developed sake rice Yui no Ka, grown in the brewery's own paddies and polished to 50%. The brewery's hallmark use of Ou Mountain Range snowmelt water lends a clean, vibrant character, with the name Yuinoka (literally 'wedding fragrance') reflecting a floral, graceful profile.
