Horinoi Junmaishu - Junmai sake from Takahashi shuzouten, Iwate
Description

Made from 100% estate-grown rice polished to 60%, this junmai from Iwate's Shiwa district embodies the brewery's philosophy that local sake means sake made from one's own rice. It delivers a rich umami from the rice with a lively finish, and drinks well both chilled and warmed.
