Description

Akebono rice polished to 65% is released as a hiyaoroshi autumnal sake in this Okayama honjozo from the Kihei label, having been pasteurized once in spring and rested through the summer. Mellow and rounded by seasonal aging, it arrives each autumn with added depth.
