Shusaku Shogun from Hirakishuzo in Asakuchi, Okayama, a dry sake with a brisk, clean finish at 15% ABV. Brewed using Okayama Bizen rice and granite-filtered water from Mount Ryoshosan, it pairs well with salt-seasoned and fish dishes.
