Description
Hitomi is a specialty release from Yoshinotomo Shuzo in Toyama City, a brewery that has been exclusively brewing junmai sake since the Meiji era using Toyama Prefecture rice and self-cultivated yeast. As Toyama's only all-junmai brewery, its portfolio is shaped by rice cultivation managed in-house from field to bottle.
