Produced in Aisai, Aichi Prefecture, near the historic site of Nobunaga Oda's birthplace, this cup sake carries the spirit of the famed warlord who was nicknamed utsuke (fool) in his youth. The brewery has been operating since 1865 in a region with a strong identity tied to Aichi's sake culture.
