Hirairokuemon Yusan - Junmai sake from Kikunotsukasa Sake Brewery, Iwate
Description

Hirairokuemon Yusan is a junmai made from Ginotome rice polished to 60%, part of the prestige Hirairokuemon label designed and brewed by the 16th-generation owner of this Iwate brewery founded in 1772. Spring water from the Nakatsugawa River, naturally mineralized by the Iwate mountain range, provides the backbone for this richly flavored pure-rice expression.
