Description
Harushika Arabashiriichiban Honjozo Shiboritatenamagenshu from KK Imanishiseibeisyouten in Nara is an unfiltered, undiluted honjozo sake capturing the first free-run flow from the press, called arabashiri. Released as a namagenshu, it receives no pasteurization and no water addition, preserving the raw intensity and higher alcohol content of the sake at its most natural state.
