Harushika Junmai Ginjo Ginurara - Junmai Ginjo sake from KK Imanishiseibeisyouten, Nara
Description

Imanishi Seibei Shoten has brewed in Nara since 1884, in the ancient capital revered as the birthplace of sake in Japan, guided by a motto that holds equal weight for rice, water, skills, and heart. Ginurara, meaning sparkling ginjo, is made from Gohyakumangoku and Yamada Nishiki polished to 60%, drawing on Nara's pure groundwater. An alluring, bright fragrance opens the nose; lush fruit floods the palate with mango, lychee, honeydew, and apple, layered over gentle rice umami. The finish is clean and juicy with a citrus lift: a sake that captures everything the name promises, brightness, clarity, and life.
