Description

Harugasumi Junmai Kuri Label Omachi uses Omachi, Japan's oldest known sake rice variety from Okayama, in a special junmai from Kuribayashi Shuzoten in Misato Town, Akita. The Kuri Label (chestnut label) series highlights premium rice varieties, and Omachi's distinctive earthy richness is given new expression through Akita's cold highland spring water and Harugasumi's light, clean house style.
