Description

Rice rice must be done slowly over time to prevent rice grains from cracking, especially in Junmai Daiginjo. Miigo Nishiki, a middle hard rice, is a good advantage because the rice grains are relatively hard to crack. The scent is good, and it is a liquor that can be tasted slowly, combined with the softness of the water.
