Description
Harugasumi Ginjo Kacho (Flower and Bird) uses Sake Komachi in a ginjo from Kuribayashi Shuzoten in Misato Town, Akita, named for the traditional Japanese artistic motif of flowers and birds (kacho). The Kacho label's graceful aesthetic is matched by a ginjo that balances Sake Komachi's aromatic elegance with the cold mineral precision of Senboku highland spring water.
