Description

100 % of "Koshi Tanrei", which is a contract cultivated in Kakizaki, is used. The pure rice Daiginjo, which was brought in handmade, was carefully suspended in a bottle, and was stored in a bottle. This liquor, which can be said to be the highest peak of sake, is a whole work with a golden glow in taste and aroma, just like "sunlight", which can be said to be the root of the grace of Kakizaki.

Nigata
It is not necessary for the sake itself to make a strong assertion and become a protagonist, and I think that it is good to be a supporting role in cooking. We are aiming for such sake that can eat, drink a cup, and eat the next bite again. The ideal is to enhance the dishes, spin the hearts between people, and such sake brewing, and we will continue to work and commitment.
