From the brewery
It is not necessary for the sake itself to make a strong assertion and become a protagonist, and I think that it is good to be a supporting role in cooking.
We are aiming for such sake that can eat, drink a cup, and eat the next bite again.
The ideal is to enhance the dishes, spin the hearts between people, and such sake brewing, and we will continue to work and commitment.
