Used 100 % of the brewer cultivation "Koshi Tanrei". It is a pure rice Daiginjo sake brewed by hand. The elegant aroma, the flavor, and the taste of refreshing acid are gentle flavors reminiscent of the breeze of Kakizaki.

It is not necessary for the sake itself to make a strong assertion and become a protagonist, and I think that it is good to be a supporting role in cooking.
