Description
Hachitsuru Machinosakaya-no-Junmaishu, or 'the town sake shop's junmai,' is a community-oriented expression from Hachinohe Shurui's Hachitsuru Factory, one of Aomori's oldest breweries founded in 1786. Brewed with rice from the Tsugaru and Nambu regions and water reflecting Hachinohe's cool northern climate, it delivers a grounded, rice-forward flavor profile suited to daily enjoyment. The name celebrates the local sakaya (sake retailer) as the cornerstone of Japan's sake culture.
