Hachitsuru Junmai Namachozoshu Tekkoseki is produced at the Hachitsuru Factory of Hachinohe Shurui, a brewery with roots dating to 1786 and recognized as the birthplace of Japan's Association Yeast No. 10. Tekkoseki, meaning 'iron and stone,' suggests a firm, mineral-driven sake character supported by the brewery's clean natural water and high-quality Nanbu-region rice. The namachozoshu process delivers freshness alongside the rounded depth of a traditional Nanbu-style junmai.
