Description

It is a special main brewing made by polishing rice "Nippon Haru" from Ibaraki Prefecture to 60 % or less. We rice more rice than usual and finish more clear sake quality. The aftertaste is refreshing and dry, leaving the taste of sake. You can enjoy a wide range of hot, cold or at room temperature according to the season and meals.
