Gensui Koshu Junmai Daiginjo Gonenshu is a 5-year aged junmai daiginjo from Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi, Tottori, offering a medium-term koshu expression between fresh daiginjo and the brewery's longer-aged 10-year series. Five years of cellaring in the historic Kurayoshi brewery develops complexity and warmth while preserving some of the original ginjo character.
