Description
Gensui Nigorishu is a cloudy sake from Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi, Tottori, with rice solids left in suspension for a creamy, rich texture. The soft water of the Hiezu River basin and the brewery's long Kurayoshi heritage shape this approachable, lightly sweet nigori that captures the raw, unrefined side of the Field Marshal brand.
