Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi, Tottori, fills this classic masu-barrel format with its house sake, combining the cedar's subtle aroma with the clean Hiezu River water character of this Sanin brewery.

The former sake brewery is a corner of Kurayoshi's symbol, the white wall storehouse along Tamagawa. The initial sake inscription went to "Asahi Masamune" early in the Taisho era. Currently, in a well -maintained environment, he uses sake brewing that values โโthe taste of nature, while protecting the handed techniques.
