Description
Gensui Junmai Daiginjo Shirakabedozo is named for Kurayoshi's famous white-walled earthen storehouses (shirakabe dozogun), a historic streetscape designated as an Important Preservation District. Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi uses Tama Sakae rice and the Hiezu River's soft water to craft a junmai daiginjo as elegant and enduring as these whitewashed walls.
