Gensui Ginjo Kurayoshi Kurazake uses Gohyakumangoku in a kura-direct ginjo from Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi, Tottori, sold as a local specialty of the historic red-tile merchant town. Gohyakumangoku's clean, neutral character pairs with the Hiezu River's soft water to produce an approachable, everyday ginjo rooted in Kurayoshi's brewing heritage.

The former sake brewery is a corner of Kurayoshi's symbol, the white wall storehouse along Tamagawa. The initial sake inscription went to "Asahi Masamune" early in the Taisho era. Currently, in a well -maintained environment, he uses sake brewing that values the taste of nature, while protecting the handed techniques.
