Funaotaki Genshu Tokubetsu Honjozo uses Gohyakumangoku polished to 60%, bottled undiluted as genshu by Shibasaki Shuzo in Gunma. The full-strength bottling preserves the concentrated grain character of the Haruna mountain water-brewed honjozo.
