Fumotoi Junmai Ginjo Omachi Murokanamagenshu uses Omachi, the legendary ancient Okayama rice variety known for deep, complex umami. Fermented via kimoto at Fumotoi Shuzo in Sakata, Yamagata, and bottled unfiltered and raw, it delivers intense, layered depth shaped by Mt. Chokai snowmelt water.
