Emishiki Sensation White Label Tokubetsu Junmai is a Shiga-rice Tokubetsu Junmai from Emishiki Shuzo in Koka City, Shiga, part of the contemporary Sensation color-label series. Founded in 1892, 5th-generation Takeshima Mitsuyoshi produces this accessible expression without additives, enzymes, or acceleration, using kimoto-inspired fermentation and traditional pressing in keeping with the brewery's uncompromising craft philosophy.
