Emishiki Takeshima Eizaburo (竹島栄三郎) Koshi Kagura Namazake is a fresh, unpasteurized expression named after a past generation of the Takeshima brewing family at Emishiki Shuzo in Koka City, Shiga. Using Koshi Kagura rice polished to 50%, this heritage tribute sake from the 1892-founded brewery under 5th-generation Takeshima Mitsuyoshi preserves the ancestral name in a vibrant namazake form.
