🍶
Description
Brewed with Ginfubuki, a locally grown Shiga Prefecture rice variety, polished to 50% and left undiluted as genshu. The aroma leans bright and tropical, with citrus, banana, and red apple, while the palate offers soft rounded sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity and a full bodied presence from its genshu strength. The finish is clean and fruity, fading gently rather than lingering heavily.
