Produced by the sole brewery in the Dogo Onsen district, this honjozo uses Matsuyama Mii rice at 70% polish and is brewed with locally sourced water from the Nukuta spring. The brewery, established in 1895, has crafted the Nikitatsu line to complement the historic hot spring town's culinary culture.
