Matsuyama Mii rice polished to 70% is used for this honjozo nigorizake from the Dogo region of Ehime, where the brewery draws on spring water from the Ishizuchi-Takanawa mountain system. Unfiltered and lush, it delivers the sweet, rich texture of cloudy sake with a polishing ratio that preserves ample rice character.
