From the brewery
It is the only liquor store in Dogo, and was founded in 1895, the following year when the Dogo Onsen Main Building was built, and grew up with Dogo Onsen Main Building for over a hundred years in the brand of Sake "Nikitatsu". It is the brewery that has been continuing.

History
1895
Minakuchi Shuzo was founded (Meiji 28); began brewing the Nikitatsu sake brand.
1996
Obtained a beer manufacturing license and began brewing Dogo Beer.
1999
Obtained a happoshu (low-malt beer) manufacturing license.
2003
Opened the direct-sales shop "Nikitatsu Kurabu".
2005
Obtained an otsu-rui shochu manufacturing license.
2011
Certified as an Ehime Prefecture Excellent Circular-Type Business.
2016
The brewery's main building was registered as a National Tangible Cultural Property by the Agency for Cultural Affairs.
2019
Obtained a spirits (gin) manufacturing license.
