We used 100 % of the luxury liquor rice "Koshi Tanrei", which is a natural liquor rice that has been cultivated in the terraced terraces in Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture (Uonuma area), which is full of nature. Aiming for the ultimate taste of Totomo who draws, we are particular about handmade with small amounts in all processes, making rice washing, immersion, koji making, sake mother. Immediately after squeezing, the bottle and burning are imprinted with a fragrant and clear taste.
