Daisekkei Funabajikagumi Tokubetsu Junmai Muroka Namagenshu is a direct-drawn, unfiltered, unpasteurized undiluted sake from the pressing vessel at Daisekkei Shuzo in Azumino, Nagano. This jikagumi (直汲み) method captures the freshest, most vivid tank character at full genshu strength, preserving the raw energy of Northern Alps spring water-fed fermentation.
