Tenka (天花) Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Nama Genshu Eight Sparkling is a naturally sparkling, unfiltered, unpasteurized undiluted sake from Dainagawa in Yokote City, Akita. The Tenka sub-brand, revived in 2018, represents this 1914-founded brewery's premium aspirations, using Gohyakumangoku polished to 50% and one of its two proprietary yeasts for a lively, effervescent expression.
