Junmai Daiginjo Sake, which has been polished to 40%of Akita -good rice "Akita Sake Komachi", which represents Akita, and brewed with Kyokai 1801 yeast. It is a hand -handed finish by hand, and is a gem of a dignified scent and a clean drinking mouth.
