Description
Daiginjo Hakukoma Yado Namagenshu is the unpasteurized, undiluted version of Hakukoma Shuzo's premium Yado daiginjo, preserving the sake at its most expressive and vibrant state. Produced in Imanosho, Minamiechizen, Fukui, the brewery draws on the town's identity as a historic post-road settlement and the region's cold mountain winters for natural low-temperature fermentation. The genshu format delivers a higher-proof, more concentrated flavor profile compared to the standard bottling.
