Description
Hakukoma Nama Junmaigenshu is an undiluted, unpasteurized pure-rice sake from Hakukoma Shuzo in Imanosho, Fukui, capturing the raw vitality of the fermentation vessel at bottling. No distilled alcohol is added, and no dilution or pasteurization is applied, presenting the sake in its most unmediated form. Fukui's cold winters and the Hokuriku mountains' clean snowmelt water shape the firm, full-bodied character that defines this genshu expression.
