Description

Hakukoma Nama Honjozogenshu is an unpasteurized, undiluted Honjozo from Hakukoma Shuzo in Imanosho, Fukui, bottled with the full potency of freshly brewed sake intact. A small addition of brewer's alcohol sharpens the aroma and brightens the finish, while the genshu format amplifies the intensity usually softened by dilution. Produced in the cold mountain climate of Minamiechizen, the sake's vibrant freshness reflects the brewery's location in one of Japan's snowiest regions.
