Description

In 1923, the brand name at the time of its founding was "Nagahisa Masamune" named by the founder, Chojuro Fujii. Time flows, and when Kami Shinko Brewery celebrates its 100th anniversary, something remains in a memorable year! It was this "Nagahisa Masamune" that was built. We are particular about rice and use the sake rice "Omachi rice", which had existed before Kami Shinko Brewery was founded. The Okayama Prefecture's "Omachi rice" was polished to 50 % and brewed it using the techniques of Mr. Bichinaka. Junmai Ginjo Sake, which combines the mouth of Kamihin, "Sake Brewery, which fully brings out the taste from rice" and the rich and solid taste peculiar to Omachi rice. 。 In order to add more personality, it has been aged for seven years. Please enjoy the fusion of traditional "taste" and "skill" that has been handed down to Okayama for a long time.
