Chotokusen Kusugiku is the top-grade expression from Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Miyako Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, a brewery founded in 1837 along the Imagawa River fed by the sacred Mount Hikosan. Drawing on mineral-rich groundwater from the Imagawa River basin, this highest-class table sake reflects the brewery's philosophy of making deeply flavored, assertive sake suited to Kyushu's regional palate.
