Description

Choseimai Daiginjo is brewed by the family-owned Kuze Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture using their estate-grown Choseimai rice, a large-grained variety with a prominent white heart cultivated on brewery-owned paddies since the Edo period. The daiginjo-grade polishing brings forward a clean, floral fragrance with elegant sweetness and a refined, polished finish.
