Description

Choki Jukuseishu Koshu Tairo is a long-aged koshu sake from Taga in Shiga, matured over an extended period to develop the characteristic amber color and mellowed depth of traditional koshu. Shiga's Lake Biwa-derived water provides the mineral foundation for this rare aged expression.
