Milled to 60% from Shiga-grown rice and released as an unfiltered, undiluted namagenshu, this junmai ginjo is the sharpest and driest expression in the Chojukinkame lineup. Mellow aromas meet clean, rice-forward umami with a crisp, dry finish that works with a wide range of dishes.
