Chojukinkame Ai 40 Namagenshu

Rate this sake
🍶
Description

Polished to 40% using Shiga-grown Ginbuki rice, this namagenshu is the flagship of Okamura Honke's Chojukinkame series. Pressed unfiltered and undiluted using traditional wooden-tank bag-pressing, it offers intensely fruity aromas that go well beyond what most would expect from a junmai daiginjo, backed by a soft, rich rice sweetness.
