Narauruhashi tokubetsu junmai uses Tsuyubakaze, a Nara-developed sake rice, and is fermented with the Nara Uruhashi yeast isolated at Shoryakuji temple, the birthplace of Japanese clear sake. Polished to 60%, it delivers a clean, refreshing character with well-integrated umami and acidity.
