Description
Chitosezakari Josen is the everyday expression from Chitosezakari Shuzo, founded in 1872 in Kazuno City at the northernmost tip of Akita, bordering both Aomori and Iwate. Using locally grown Akita rice polished to 70% with water drawn from the region's pristine snowmelt sources, this table sake reflects the brewery's small and careful philosophy.
