Description
Ugenkyo (宇現響) is a Tokubetsu Honjozo from Chitosezakari Shuzo, a brewery established in 1872 at the northern tip of Akita near the borders of Aomori and Iwate. Brewed in semi-basement cellars that harness the region's cold climate, this elevated honjozo embodies the brewery's dedicated approach to small-batch, careful brewing with Akita's pristine water.
