Yamada Nishiki polished to 60% forms this Chikurin Fukamari Toro Muroka Namagenshu from Marumotoshuzo in Asakuchi, Okayama. Low-temperature aged for over six months after pressing, this unfiltered, unheated, full-strength junmai ginjo develops a rich, honey-like sweetness and a viscous, mellow texture from the brewery's organically farmed self-grown Yamada Nishiki.
